Stephan

Sorry about last week!

reply

It was my birthday and I took the day off doing pages, so there wasn't an update :) I'll do an extra update next week to catch up!

And Link sucks at realizing Malon's been calling Ganon female this whole time.

I just want to point out that canonically in the series the Gerudo are ALL female, with one exception every 100 years. We have yet to see if this is the case for this particular comic’s canon but if it is, I suppose Malon can be excused for calling Gannon “she”.

In fact, is the case, and Ganon is the exception, but the demon who Ganon partened before betrayed him and made him a kid, and so, that's why Link thinks that the exception every hundred years is not true at all (becuz it seems that ut's very known about the devilish Gerudo King? Not sure about that). But yeah, it's the case in this comic, so Malon is very excused for calling Ganon "she", @thelinkmaster001-san.

If Malon can't read... then how does she know what the posters say...

@Guest: Someone passing by might have said something in that direction, after all, she is saying "innocent travelers and citizens". The Zora merchant also said something about bandits roaming around, so it's quite possible a passing merchant or traveler exaggerated their tale to scare off a little girl to the point of possibly making some posters of their own and say it came from the castle.

Remember: people are jerks during war times and fear is the best way to control the population.

Or she saw a poster and overheard people talking, stringing her own opinions on it, though this one is less plausible as I doubt Malon's left the ranch in a bit.

Hey Malon, since you can't read, how do you know what any fliers might be about? Even if there were pictures on them, you'd have to rely on someone else to know what they said, and that someone else could have easily been lying.
